Installing the Slack App​

You can configure Syft to alert you in real-time about visitors to your website with high intent.

To enable this integration, you will need permissions to install Slack apps in your workspace.

Go to the Integrations page and click "Connect" button to get started.

You'll be presented with a screen to install the Syft slack app in your workspace. Click Allow.

Enabling Alerts​

To enable and configure alerts, bring up the Alerts configuration dialog from the Accounts list page. Alerts can be configured per each account list that you create.

By default, you will see a list of public channels and users that you can send the alerts to.

Send alerts to Private Channels​

To send alerts to private channels, first add the Syft App in your channel from the channel setup page as shown below.

You can then select the channel from the list of channels.
